What you'll do:
-Deliver professional nursing care following established care plans.
-Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
-Monitor and assess the patient’s health, including vital signs and respiratory status.
-Provide mobility support and assistance with daily living activities such as bathing and grooming.
-Collaborate with the patient’s family and healthcare team to create and implement personalized care plans.
-Maintain clear and accurate documentation of care provided.
The Ideal Candidate:
-Licensed Professional: Current LPN licensure in New Jersey.
-Experienced Caregiver: At least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably with individuals with developmental disabilities.
-Compassionate Communicator: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
-Patient-Centered: A genuine passion for improving the lives of others
-Knowledge and experience in handling a ventilator is a plus!
